Craft Wire - 24ga - Stainless Steel (Artistic Wire)

20 yards on a spool. 0.020 in/.51 mm wire. Lead and nickel safe. Actual Stainless Steel. Stiffer than the copper cored wire.

Flameworkers! This stainless steel wire is great for making your own flamework / glass top headpins. The thinner gauges need care to prevent melting through, but are easier to bend after - the thicker gauges are more robust in the flame, but stiffer. Cut a short piece of wire, and work the glass directly onto the wire, and then kiln and anneal.
