Nylon coated micro stainless steel. 40 lb test strength. 0.024 inch diameter. Heavy - for large hole beads or heavy beads, i.e. lampwork. I admit to being somewhat confused by the concept of it being both heavy AND knottable, but you can, in fact, tie satisfactory knots in it - so there you go.
