Stiff, non-woven, beading foundation, use for cabochon beading, bead applique. Needle glides through it, but it is stiff enough to support your projects without hoops or card backings. Maintains its shape, washable, shrink-resistant, useable with iron on transfers, dye-able (well - if it wasn't black, that is), works well with permanent markers (again - the black thing) - Gel pens work, metallic sharpies, chalk. Glue on cabochons as well.
